Jerrys guitar bar where have all the flowers gone

It may sound like 3 guys playing '3 different songs at the same time' (gotta love that one!) And if my band is joining me in this realm it is a wonderful thing.for us anyway.

I love playing sequences of strange chords. Not to show off, not because I'm immature or tasteless (I hope!!) but because that's what I like. And I tend to play fast pretty frequently. I have always liked fast music Bach, Coltrane, Jason Becker or Jerry Donahue. Sometimes it's uncanny.the whole band may be blazing and all of a sudden go into a half-time feel playing 5 over 4 modulating in 4ths for 3 bars before going into a triplet feel for.ok, now onto my next observation. This alone is all the proof I need that jazz is alive and always will be. The musicians feeding off eachother and creating magic on the spot is amazing. If you have ever witnessed a really inspired jazz session, there is nothing like it.

Studying jazz has given me more insight and patience, along with a growing appreciation for all forms of art in the world. Whether it was during a session, at a concert or hangin' out listening at a party, jazz music has helped shape my life for the past 12 years and continues to do so. Most of my friends have been introduced to me through playing jazz. Some of the coolest people I have ever met were through jazz. Some of the greatest times of my life involved jazz. No, jazz is not ' deprived of life' or 'no longer living'. Let's start with the 1st and most common definition 'no longer living deprived of life: dead people dead flowers dead animals.' But as time goes on and on.and on, I gave the idea more thought.ДЇirst of all, what is the definition of 'dead'? has dozens of them from which to choose. Being a Jazz player, I initially laughed at the notion. Lately I have found myself frequently on the receiving end of this question.
